I don’t like to open the door to just anyone so on contacting Glennon Plumbing Services I requested that I was giving a specific time that he would arrive and take a look at my boiler. I suffer with very bad anxiety and have been let down before by other workmen. Mike was very professional and understanding. He even contacted me 10 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he introduced himself and provided identification. He made me feel so at ease and was quick to take a look at the job. I requested a new full adapted bathroom including walk in shower. I’d received a couple of quotes from other plumbers but hesitant to go through with the work. Mike was able to give me a quote that same day and advised he could start the work that following week. He paid attention to every question, concern that I had. Once the work was completed I couldn’t thank him enough. From start to finish everything was top of the shop.
