I donโt like to open the door to just anyone so on contacting Glennon Plumbing Services I requested that I was giving a specific time that he would arrive and take a look at my boiler. I suffer with very bad anxiety and have been let down before by other workmen. Mike was very professional and understanding. He even contacted me 10 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he introduced himself and provided identification. He made me feel so at ease and was quick to take a look at the job. I requested a new full adapted bathroom including walk in shower. Iโd received a couple of quotes from other plumbers but hesitant to go through with the work. Mike was able to give me a quote that same day and advised he could start the work that following week. He paid attention to every question, concern that I had. Once the work was completed I couldnโt thank him enough. From start to finish everything was top of the shop. I certainly wouldnโt hesitate to contact him again if I ever need a plumber in the future. Thank you so much.โ

โFixed my boiler at short notice
I called Glennon plumbing on Saturday morning because my boiler broke down (no heating or hot water). Michael was able to come out on the same day and temporary fixed the problem. He arranged for a part to be fitted on Monday. When he came back he was quick, quiet and left no mess. I have already passed his phone number to some of my neighbours.โ

He even took the trouble to help us out by putting a few screws into our slightly wonky side gate to save us doing it ourselves. โVery knowledgeable and skilled plumber. Glennon Plumbing replaced my unvented cylinder and saved me from a potential disaster.
I had a previous call-out from a different plumber who claimed the cylinder was in decent condition and just needed new elements. However, Glennon spotted signs of corrosion and water seeping through the side of the tank and rightly recommended a full replacement.
Once the old cylinder was removed, it was clear he was right - the bottom was so badly corroded it had been leaking and starting to rot the floor beneath it! He saved me a massive future headache. Highly recommend.โ

โMick fitted me a brand new Baxi boiler and a vertical radiator a few years ago and has serviced the boiler every year since. Recently the boiler started making a strange noise and instead of charging me to fix it, he sorted it through the Baxi warranty which says a lot about him.
His work is always top notch and he leaves everything clean and tidy. Honestly wish Iโd used him earlier as previous plumbers I used werenโt anywhere near the same standard.
Great value for money too โ when he did our boiler he managed to fit a much better model than others had quoted for the same price.

โAbsolutely couldnโt be happier with the service. Our boiler broke down and they came out the very next day. From the start, everything was explained clearly and honestly. We were talked through the options of repairing versus replacing, with no pressure either way. Given the boiler was around 20 years old, we decided on a full replacement and it was handled flawlessly.
The work carried out was incredibly thorough! New boiler, new flue all the way up to the attic, pipework updates, Hive system installed and even roofing and finishing details taken care of. They were literally up on the roof and everywhere in between. Itโs obvious they take real pride in doing things properly and to a high standard, not cutting corners.
Throughout the whole process they were professional, transparent and reassuring. They took the time to explain how everything works once installed, including the Hive. Despite it being a big job, everything was done efficiently and carefully.
Really friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced for the amount of work involved. Iโd 100% recommend and wouldnโt hesitate to use them again.โ

โFirst time using Glennon Plumbing Services. Boiler on the blink, no central heating and I had no hot water. Call answered promptly and booked visit for the following morning. Got call next morning from engineer Michael to say he was on his way, be with me in 30 minutes. He promptly arrived and set about diagnosing the problem. Couple of hours later faulty parts replaced from his van stock, boiler up and running! Michael was such a pleasant and skilled engineer. Excellent service from the start.

Our boiler broke on Saturday. We called and Michael came out the same day. He was able to identify the problem and explained everything.He talked us through our options and answered any questions. Excellent experience from Michael and Andrew . Shower room sink leaking rang Glennon Plumbing Liverpool , spoke to boss Mike who arranged an appt for 9am the next morning . Andrew arrived on time was very polite and courteous. Andrew kept me informed of what was required and the job was completed to a very high standard . A replacement sink plug unit and pipe was fitted quickly , efficiently with no mess at a very good price ! I would highly recommend this company and have already asked for a quote for another job required in upstairs bathroom. 10/10โ
